2. What we offer

Voilà Champagne presents champagne from producers we have verified. Wines are listed with the information provided by the producers. We take care to keep it accurate, but photos and descriptions are illustrative.

While online checkout is not available, wines are available on order: write to welcome@voilachampagne.com and we will confirm availability, price and delivery.

3. Age restriction

Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18. As required by Latvian law, we verify your identity and age before the sale and before taking payment, and the courier checks the recipient's identity document on delivery. We do not deliver to anyone under 18, and we will not hand over an order if the recipient cannot prove their age.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order to you. We may decline or cancel an order if the goods are unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, or the age or identity checks cannot be completed. In that case any payment is refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is accepted online by non-cash methods only; cash is not accepted.

6. Delivery

You choose a delivery date and time at least 6 hours after placing the order. Alcohol is delivered only Monday–Saturday 10:00–20:00 and Sunday 10:00–18:00 (Riga time), never to persons under 18, and only against an identity document shown by the recipient. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or cannot prove their age, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; additional costs may apply.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement at welcome@voilachampagne.com. Goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. We refund the price after receiving the goods or proof of their return. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law excludes it, for example for unsealed goods or goods made to your specification.

8. Defective goods and complaints

If goods are damaged, defective or do not match your order, please tell us at welcome@voilachampagne.com as soon as possible and include photos. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not affected. Consumers can also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv).

9. Responsibility

Please drink responsibly: alcohol can harm your health. We are not liable for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

Texts and images on this site belong to us, our producers or their authors and may not be reused without permission. Some photos are used under open licences and credited next to the image.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
