The house's original zero-dosage cuvée, poured every year since 2007: 100% Pinot Noir, aged a minimum of five years before release. Structured and powerful, with cassis, mulberry and liquorice over a mineral, chalky backbone. Selected by the Norwegian wine monopoly in 2014 ahead of Grand Cru and Premier Cru blanc de noirs competitors, rated 83/100 by Gilbert & Gaillard and 14/20 by Gault & Millau, and praised by critic Bernard Burtschy for its generous body and character.
