Perron-Beauvineau Cuvée Rosé Brut

A blend of 83% Pinot Noir, 15.1% Chardonnay and 1.2% Pinot Meunier, built on the 2014 harvest and reserve wines. Best enjoyed well-chilled alongside Champenois cheeses such as Chaource or Langres, or a white meat. Singled out in December 2015 by Belgian experts Michel Praet and Hermann Dedapper for the Guide Vins et Terroirs Authentiques.
