Perron-Beauvineau Cuvée Tradition Brut Nature

A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Launched in 2013, Tradition Brut Nature is the house's second zero-dosage cuvée, built mainly on the 2014 harvest with a share of reserve wines. Bottled in quantities of no more than 2,000 a year, it's a purist's apéritif Champagne — enjoyed as far afield as Switzerland, Japan and New Caledonia.
