Perron-Beauvineau Cuvée Pure Elixir Extra Dry

2005

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Meunier and 8% Chardonnay, made exclusively from first-press juice of the 2005 harvest. Pure Elixir is a rich, generously dosed Extra Dry led by Pinot Noir for power and length, with Chardonnay lending lift and subtlety. Aromas of almond, apricot and hazelnut carry through to a long, harmonious finish. Awarded Grand Gold at the 2012 Concours International des Vins de Lyon, a star in the Guide Hachette 2015, and Gold (89/100) from Gilbert & Gaillard, who named it among the 300 best Champagnes tasted in 2014.
