Perron-Beauvineau

Perron-Beauvineau Cuvée Finesse Blanc de Blancs

2012

One of the historic cuvées of the house, Finesse Blanc de Blancs is vinified from 100% Chardonnay and finished Brut. Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens on grilled almond, hazelnut shell and hawthorn blossom before turning toward curry and a whisper of truffle — a creamy, autumnal Champagne with a long, polished finish.
